Signs of life in the CRE market?

LOOKING BETTER: The world sure can be complicated, can’t it? Even as delinquencies on CMBS continue to surge . . .
. . . and money managers say that, yes, they are fully aware of the problems going on in the commercial real estate market . . .
. . . Office REITs seem to have stopped going down and might even be set to move higher.
That’s the way the stock market is supposed to work, now that I think about it.
